Contact Bloom & Verse

Ring the studio and a florist picks up, not a call centre.

Bloom & Verse operates one line and one inbox out of our George Street studio in the Sydney CBD. When you call, the person who answers has been at the Flemington market that morning and knows exactly what is in the cool room. When you email, the same four florists read it. No ticket system, no virtual assistant, no "one of our team will get back to you". If you want a same-day bouquet, a wedding consult or an answer about an order you have already placed, this is the place to start.

How to reach us

Pick whichever channel suits the question

Same-day orders, wedding consults and delivery questions all end up with the same four florists, but some channels suit certain queries better than others.

Phone the studio

Best for same-day orders, delivery changes, and anything urgent. We pick up between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 3pm on Saturday. Outside those hours, leave a voicemail and we will call you back the moment the doors open.

Email the studio

Best for wedding enquiries, corporate accounts, invoice queries and anything that needs a written answer. Every email is read by a florist, and we reply within one business day, usually the same afternoon.

Visit the bench

Best if you want to see what is actually in the cool room before you commit. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, and Saturdays between 10am and 3pm. Weddings are by appointment only.

Send us a note

Tell us what you need and a florist will reply

Use the form for anything that is not an emergency. Same-day orders placed by phone are almost always faster, but the form is genuinely read and answered by a person, usually the same afternoon.

  • Wedding enquiries: include your date, venue and rough guest numbers
  • Bouquet orders: tell us the suburb and any colour preference
  • Corporate accounts: give us the number of sites and a rough weekly budget
  • Issues with an order: include the order number and a photo if you can

Reply times

Messages received during studio hours are answered the same day. Anything that arrives overnight or on Sunday gets a reply first thing the next morning, usually before 10am.

Quick answers to the questions we get most

Have a look through these first. If your question is here, you do not need to wait on a callback.

One o'clock for the inner ring — the CBD, Surry Hills, Paddington, Newtown, Balmain and the surrounding suburbs. Anything after that goes out the next morning, usually before ten. If you are not sure whether your suburb is covered, ring the studio and we will tell you straight away.

Yes, and the sooner the better. If the van has not yet left, we can redirect at no cost. Once it is on the road and the driver is mid-route, we can sometimes still reach them, but not always. Ring the studio rather than emailing, because email is not checked constantly during the delivery window.

Yes, wedding consults are by appointment. We hold the back studio for about forty-five minutes and want to give you our full attention rather than half an eye on a bouquet going out the door. Send a note through the form with your date and venue and we will offer you two or three time slots.

Ring the studio or reply to your order confirmation email, quoting the order number. If the flowers have wilted or arrived damaged, send a photo — it makes the whole process much faster. Our full Refund Policy explains what we will do and how quickly.

Yes, and we run them for hotels, offices and hospitality groups across the CBD. Send us the number of sites, the delivery frequency you want and a rough weekly budget, and we will come back with a quoted schedule. Details on our pricing page if you would rather see the starting points first.
