If you need flowers that arrive looking like someone actually thought about it, this is the bouquet for you. We tie each one by hand in our Pitt Street studio every morning, using whatever looked best at the market that dawn — no two are ever quite the same.
Built around what is actually beautiful that week
We do not run a fixed recipe book. Every Tuesday and Friday we walk the Flemington market floor at 4am and buy what genuinely looks good, then build the week's palette around it.
That means roses in late spring, dahlias through the tail end of summer, ranunculus when the mornings get crisp, and plenty of Australian natives through the winter months. Your florist will text you a photo before it goes out the door, so there are no awkward surprises when the recipient opens the box.

We are not trying to be the biggest florist in Sydney. We are trying to be the one people call when it actually matters.
Twelve years of doing this the slow way
The studio has grown, but the way we work a bouquet has barely changed since day one.
One bench, one bucket, and a borrowed van
Started out doing wedding work on weekends and hand-tied gift bouquets during the week, delivering everything ourselves around the inner west.
Moved into the George Street studio
Added a proper cool room and a second florist, which meant we could finally say yes to a same-day order without cutting corners on conditioning.
Now four florists and a genuinely tight system
We buy direct from three local growers and one Dutch importer, which lets us plan the week around what is actually peaking rather than what a wholesaler is trying to move.

A tight little posy, roughly the size of a coffee table centrepiece. Ideal for a thank-you, a get-well or a quick surprise on a desk.

Grand Atelier Bunch
Built for an entrance hall, an anniversary dinner or any moment where the flowers are genuinely the centrepiece of the room.
- Twenty-eight to thirty-five stems in a wide, sculptural shape
- Premium blooms — garden roses, peonies or dahlias when available
- Hand-delivered by a florist, not a courier
- Complimentary vase loan for events within ten kilometres of the studio

Six steps, no shortcuts
Here is exactly what happens between you pressing order and the recipient opening the door.
You place the order
Online or over the phone, before 1pm for same-day delivery inside our core suburbs. We confirm by text within ten minutes.
Palette check
A florist checks the cool room against your colour preference. If something is past its peak, we swap it and tell you what we swapped.
Cold conditioning
Stems get trimmed, stripped and left in cold water for at least six hours before they are touched for arranging.
Hand-tying on the bench
Built in a spiral by hand, one florist per bouquet from start to finish. No wire cages, no foam, no shortcuts.
Photo and wrap
We photograph the finished bouquet and send it to you, then wrap it in kraft, add the card and tuck the care sheet inside.
Delivery and follow-up
Hand-delivered in a water-filled bucket. The next morning we text a quick five-day care reminder to the recipient.
