Wedding Florals and Bridal Installations
We design the flowers, we source them, and we turn up on the morning to build the archway ourselves. No subcontractors, no florist you have never met arriving on your wedding day with a printout of your brief.
Design that matches the room, not a Pinterest board
Before we quote a single stem, we walk the ceremony site and the reception venue with you. Light, ceiling height, the colour of the floor and how guests will actually flow through the space all matter more than a mood board.
From there we build a palette that works with your venue and the season you are marrying in. A wine-cellar reception calls for something completely different to a beach ceremony at Palm Beach, even if the colour brief is identical. We will tell you when an idea will look flat in your particular room, and we will suggest a better one.
- Palette built around your venue's light and existing finishes, not a preset range
- Mock-up bouquet delivered to you six weeks out so there are no surprises
- Structural mechanics tested on site before the wedding morning
- Sustainability handled — compostable mechanics, no floral foam unless structurally unavoidable
Two hundred and forty weddings, zero panic mornings
Every wedding is planned backwards from the install window, so the flowers are sitting perfectly by the time your first guest arrives.
Weddings were actually the first thing we did
Before we ever sold a gift bouquet, we were the two-person team behind eight weddings a year for friends and family.
Started with a backyard wedding in Marrickville
One archway, twelve table arrangements and a bridal bouquet, all built in a garage on a very hot September morning.
Fully separated wedding work from daily bouquets
Blocked out Fridays and Saturdays exclusively for installations so no wedding ever competed with a same-day delivery run.
Added a second install van and a dedicated wedding producer
Which means a forty-minute venue turnaround, a proper backup plan for every archway, and no florist running between two weddings on the same morning.
Three levels of wedding floral coverage
Each package is quoted as a fixed figure once we have walked the venue with you. No surprises, no additions halfway through the planning.
Elopement Package
Designed for ceremonies of twenty guests or fewer. Perfect for a registry wedding, a beach ceremony or a private garden lunch.
- Bridal bouquet plus one attendant bouquet
- Two groom or partner buttonholes
- One small ceremony pedestal arrangement
- Delivery and install included inside thirty kilometres of the studio
Signature Wedding
The full ceremony and reception package for a wedding of roughly eighty to a hundred and twenty guests. This is what most couples book with us.
- Bridal bouquet plus up to four attendant bouquets
- Complete ceremony archway or arbour installation
- Fourteen table centrepieces in a mixed-height design
- Boutonnieres, corsages and signage florals for the whole party
- Full pack-down at the end of the night and flower donation arranged
Grand Celebration
Built for weddings over a hundred and fifty guests, marquee builds, multi-day celebrations or anything with a hanging installation.
- Everything in Signature Wedding, scaled up
- Suspended floral installation over the main table or dance floor
- Entrance moment with topiary or a floral-covered frame
- Dedicated on-site florist for the full setup window and ceremony
Planning something we have not listed?
Marquee weddings, destination ceremonies within New South Wales, or a build with hanging florals all get a custom quote. Send us the venue and the date and we will come back with a real number within two days.
From first phone call to the last pack-down
This is the process we follow for every wedding, no matter the size or the budget.
First conversation
Forty-five minutes on the phone or over coffee. We want to know the venue, the date, the guest count and what you genuinely care about versus what you are happy to skip.
Venue walk-through
We visit the ceremony site and reception space together, usually on a weekday so we can actually stand in the room without staff noise.
Palette and quote
You receive a written palette with real photographs of the blooms we intend to use, plus a fixed quote that will not move unless you change the brief.
Mock-up bouquet
Six weeks out we build your bouquet at full size and deliver it to you, so you can hold it, smell it and decide on the wrap before the real one is made.
Wedding week harvest
Stems arrive from our growers on the Wednesday before, condition overnight and are built in the studio on the Thursday and Friday.
Install and pack down
The team arrives before venue access opens, installs everything, stays through the ceremony and returns after the speeches to strip the room and donate the flowers.
A few weddings from the last twelve months
Each of these was a full install by our own team — arch, tables, bouquets and all.
