Pricing at Bloom & Verse

Every price on this page includes GST, delivery inside the inner ring, and the fact that a florist will actually pick up the phone.

Bloom & Verse publishes real numbers rather than "enquire for a quote" placeholders. Bouquet prices below are fixed and covered — same-day delivery across the inner ring, hand-written card, flower food and care sheet all bundled in. Wedding florals are quoted individually once we have walked the venue with you, but the starting figures are on this page so you know roughly where you are landing before you book a consult.

GST always included Same-day from A$69 Weekend surcharge: none
Signature Hand-Tied Bouquets

Three sizes, one standard of care

You are choosing the scale of the arrangement, not the quality of the flowers or the care they have received. Every bouquet below is hand-tied from the same market haul on the same morning.

Smallest format

Petite Posy

A$69

A tight little posy, roughly the size of a coffee table centrepiece. Ideal for a thank-you, a get-well or a quick desk surprise. Delivered same day inside the inner ring.

  • Seven to nine mixed seasonal stems
  • Kraft wrap and hand-written card
  • Same-day delivery if ordered before 1pm
  • Flower food and care sheet included

Grand Atelier Bunch

A$219

Built for an entrance hall, an anniversary dinner or any moment where the flowers genuinely are the centrepiece of the room rather than a nice touch beside it.

  • Twenty-eight to thirty-five stems, wide and sculptural
  • Premium blooms — garden roses, peonies or dahlias when in season
  • Hand-delivered by a florist, not a courier
  • Complimentary vase loan for events within ten kilometres of the studio

Delivery zones

Where we deliver, and what it costs

Same-day delivery inside the inner ring is free on every bouquet. Outside that ring, we add a modest fee based on how far the van is actually going.

Zone What is covered Delivery fee
Inner ring CBD, Surry Hills, Paddington, Newtown, Balmain, Pyrmont, Darlinghurst, Potts Point Free
Middle ring Alexandria, Marrickville, Randwick, Bondi, Coogee, Chatswood, North Sydney A$15
Outer ring Manly, Parramatta, Cronulla, Palm Beach, Hornsby, Penrith A$35
Regional Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Southern Highlands — quoted per trip From A$75
Sunday delivery CBD and eastern suburbs only, ordered by Saturday noon +A$12

Deliveries to hospitals, aged-care facilities and business reception desks are all handled by hand and photographed on arrival. If you want the recipient called in advance, tell us in the order notes and we will ring them so they know to expect the door.

Payment and refunds

How you pay, and what happens if something goes wrong

Straight answers, no fine print, because most of this is boring but it matters.

Payment methods

Card payments by Visa, Mastercard and Amex, bank transfer for accounts over A$500, and invoice on fourteen-day terms for corporate clients who have an approved account.

Wedding deposits

A thirty per cent deposit holds your wedding date, with the balance due fourteen days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to another date within twelve months.

Refunds and replacements

If a bouquet arrives damaged, wilted or clearly not what you ordered, contact us within twenty-four hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Cancellations

Same-day bouquet orders can be cancelled free of charge up until 10am on the morning of delivery. After that, a fifty per cent fee applies because the stems are already cut and conditioned.

Frequently asked

The pricing questions we get most

If yours is not here, ring the studio between nine and five and a florist will answer it directly rather than pointing you back at this page.

Because the venue changes the install completely. An archway in a Centennial Park rotunda needs different mechanics and different flower volumes to the same archway in a Hunter Valley cellar. We walk the venue first, then send one fixed figure that will not move unless you change the brief. The starting prices on this page are genuine.

The base prices on this page do not change, but the market prices we pay for roses and specific seasonal blooms rise sharply on those weeks, so the bouquets you receive tend to be built around different flowers. We do not run a surcharge; we simply tell you honestly if the market that week is making the palette more expensive than usual.

The Petite Posy at A$69 is our floor. Below that we cannot cold-condition the stems properly and still make the economics work, and we would rather tell you that now than hand you a posy we are not proud of.

Not on individual gift bouquets, because the price is already as lean as we can make it. For corporate and hospitality accounts on a weekly or fortnightly schedule we apply a flat ten per cent discount to the list price, invoiced monthly on fourteen-day terms.

For wedding bookings that is the standard arrangement — thirty per cent deposit to hold the date and the balance fourteen days before. For a single bouquet we take full payment at the time of order, mainly because the market haul is bought the same morning and the flowers are already cut by the time you would be paying the balance.
