We have your message and a florist will read it personally within the next few hours during studio hours. There is no automated queue and no ticket number to chase — the same four florists who run the bench are the ones who answer every email, quote and enquiry that comes through. If you sent us a same-day bouquet request, we will call or text you back within fifteen minutes to confirm the palette, the suburb and the delivery window. If it was a wedding enquiry, expect a written reply with a couple of possible consult times usually before lunch the next day.
